Tommy Lasagna has been in business since 2020, formerly known as lasagna project.

Since then I've been doing everything I can to make everything on the menu as delicious as possible, and get it to as many of you as possible. I'm taking years of fancy restaurant experience and using it to make classic Italian food for you and your family to appreciate.

My and my team make every item we sell ourselves and source our ingredients as locally as possible. Portland is a great place to find great ingredients for all the stuff I make. There's so many farmers and foragers and purveyors to source product that I'm able to make into pastas, salads and other dishes just for you.
